We set up a quality policy which aims to:
- Satisfy our clients in complying to their requirements
- Measure the performance of our process for sake of efficiency
- Respect normative and legal requirements in each country
- Constantly improve our Quality Management System and the professionalism of our teams
In addition to this internal approach, SEG collaborates only with ISO 9001 certified suppliers recognized for their know-how.

In order to guarantee this approach, a Quality Manager is in charge of updating the Quality Manual listing all our procedures and ensuring their continuous improvement
